Chance Galindo, CNM, Clinical Director

Chance is celebrating 20 years in Women's health care and her 13th year as a midwife. Her personal journey of supporting women began with the birth of her first child, an experience that left her feeling poorly cared for and unheard. Fueled by a desire to empower women and improve their experiences of becoming mothers, she delved into nursing, receiving her Baccalaureate of Science from New Mexico State University. Inspired by her personal experience of receiving midwifery care, as well as working side by side with midwives, she returned to school and graduated with her Master's of Science in Nursing, becoming a midwife in 2005. Chance provides midwifery care with intention and integrity. She holds space for and empowers women to be heard and achieve their transition to motherhood with strength and grace. It is her passion to support women through the natural and awe inspiring process of pregnancy, labor, birth and motherhood.
