Lindsay Cardella, CBE, Postpartum Support Specialist

Lindsay received her Bachelor's of Science from Birmingham-Southern College and has co-authored three international multicultural cookbooks. She is  passionate about supporting families surrounding birth and the 4th trimester. Her own growth into motherhood has brought a real perspective and understanding of what moms and families need during that time period. Our American culture focuses on the birth of baby, but then leave families trying to figure out all the rest after baby comes. This is where Lindsay found her role: she loves nourishing families, educating them and helping mom and partners take time for self-care.  This looks different for every family and Lindsay’s goal is to offer non-judgmental support and meet families where they are.  She LOVES her work and believes every family she supports is a gift. In her role at the birth center, Lindsay enjoys interacting with families as part of the front office staff as well as creating a peaceful postpartum stay after birth at the center and continuing that care at home.

Lindsay lives in Littleton, Colorado with her incredibly supportive husband Nick and two wonderful, precocious daughters (4.5 years and 2.5 years old) who keep her on her toes daily.
